The mission of the Career Pipelines is to inspire interests, ignite possibilities and help develop skills in Osceola county students for the pursuit of pathways to careers in healthcare and construction.

The Career Pipelines were formed by partnerships with industry leaders in the medical and construction fields, The School District of Osceola County, Valencia, UCF and the Education Foundation of Osceola. These partners work together to educate students and parents about the exciting career opportunities in these high wage and high demand industries.

Through field trips to construction sites, hospitals, schools and other facilities, the students are exposed to the many opportunities available to them. Speakers from different industries go into the classroom to share their career paths with students. .
