A proud St. Louis native, LaVell D. Monger is a millennial Black entrepreneur, podcaster, creator, business leadership consultant, and transformational leader. Throughout his life, he has been recognized for his dynamic leadership skills, business acumen, and longstanding commitment to positively influence others.
LaVell currently serves as co-owner of RTW Photography, the fastest growing photography company in Central Florida, where he oversees the business development and community outreach efforts of the company.
Since moving to Central Florida in 2018, his community involvement includes Planning Commissioner of Osceola County, Kissimmee Chamber of Commerce Board Member, Central Florida Urban League Young Professionals Member, St. Cloud Boys & Girls Club Taskforce, Leadership Osceola County - Class 2021, Leadership Orlando - Class 100, and Political Leadership Institute - Class 2022. He currently serves on the St. Cloud Chamber of Commerce as Incoming Chair, St. Cloud Chamber of Commerce Government Affairs Committee Chair, United Way Emerging Leaders Vice Chair, and Pace Center for Girls Young Professional Vice Chair.
LaVell holds a Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology from the University of Missouri- St. Louis. He later received his Masters of Education with an emphasis on Higher Education Leadership from Florida Atlantic University.
He is a proud big brother, plant dad, distance runner, crossfit enthusiast, peloton rider, and life member of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc.
