Erin has been an integral part of the success for Skanska in Central Florida for more than 20 years, where she has spent her whole career. Erin holds a B.S. in Civil Engineering from the University of Central Florida and has held the LEED AP accreditation for over 15 years. Erin was a founding member of Skanska Florida’s Women’s Network (SWN) to help promote a gender-inclusive culture within Skanska and our partners. Erin also participates in the SWN Florida chapter’s mentorship program, mentoring employees throughout the state. In the community, Erin was involved with ACE Mentoring Program for 6 years, she currently serves as the Secretary of the ABC Collegiate Committee and is a registered volunteer with JA for Osceola County Career Development for speaking engagements.
